About Us

Pete Todd is the founder of Veltiosi Advisors.  Drawing on more than 30 years of experience building and leading high-performing teams, he has a distinguished track record of accelerating revenue growth and improving operational performance across a broad range of industries.

Mr. Todd's career spans industrial, business services, and high-tech markets, with experience ranging from early-stage startups to lower mid-market and large enterprises. He began his career at Toshiba, where he rose to SVP of Sales and led an organization generating more than $1 billion in annual revenue. He then moved into a series of global sales leadership roles, including at Golden Gate Capital's Teridian Semiconductor, where he transformed execution and doubled revenue in 3 years, culminating in a successful exit.

In 2020, Mr. Todd founded Veltiosi Advisors and partnered with Align Capital Partners' Pleatco Filtration, serving as CRO and transforming the sales organization through disciplined implementation of strategy, structure, and best practices — contributing to Pleatco's $255M acquisition by Pentair in 2021 and a 10x+ MOIC for Align Capital Partners. Since then, he has focused on lower mid-market companies, helping them build opportunity pipelines, establish operational rigor, and generate predictable revenue growth. Throughout his career, Mr. Todd has been known for his integrity and relentless work ethic, as well as his ability to coach and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Mr. Todd holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, he is an active volunteer and enjoys mountain biking, fly fishing, and golf.   He and his wife have two adult daughters and reside in Coto de Caza, California.
